The Women's Super League Team of the Year has been revealed at the annual PFA awards and features a host of big names. Chelsea won the title after a dramatic race with Manchester City and it's no surprise to see the team packed full of players from both sides. Lionesses stars James, Keating and Hemp all make the team along with WSL top scorer Khadija Shaw who netted 21 times for the Cityzens.

Shaw's goalscoring exploits saw her scoop the PFA Players' Player of the Year award, while Grace Clinton scooped the Young Player award after impressing at Tottenham after moving on a season-long loan from Manchester United. The 2023-24 campaign saw Chelsea continue their dominance of the WSL but also saw manager Emma Hayes wave goodbye to the Blues. Sonia Bompastor has taken over the reins and will hope to kickstart a new era at the club.

Chelsea's title win was the fifth straight season that the Blues finished top of the pile in the WSL. The last team to beat the Blues to the title was Arsenal in 2019.
